Everything was great! The women in the lobby greeted us and made us feel welcome as they provided instructions for our visit. The Spa robe was perfect and everything was clean and well kept. The relaxation room prior to the treatment was a great way to transition into a relaxing mindset and the warm neck towels were one of my personal favorite parts of the day. Cindy was kind as she explained my treatments and provided a great experience. Overall a wonderful first experience at Spavia.
