Staff were polite & explained everything. Appointment scheduling & check in were smooth. Only two suggestions- there was banging on a wall during our massage- not overly relaxing to hear that during a massage as well as oil wheels on chairs or place a rug. Again soothing music & nice massage therapist made it very relaxing & enjoyable experience!
