My therapist was excellent!! Friendly , knowledgeable and very food at what she does. Our appointment was initially cancelled on my daughter's 21st birthday. I feel it is a VERY special occasion and no special accommodations were even suggested. It was a surprise we had for her with no plan B. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!
