I was having horrific muscle spasms in my lower back. I've never had anything like that before. It was lasting days despite heat, home massage, ibuprofen, and a few doses of flexeril. Ceria did a fantastic massage. You can tell she knows her anatomy and muscle science. She did a detail oriented massage of all the affected area and I felt infinitely better after. 1000/10 would see Ceria again.
