I was just days away from running my first half-marathon in 2 years, and had incredibly tight hamstrings and IT band issues. I had never been to Spavia before, but saw on their website that they had a sports massage service. They got me in same day and the therapist did an amazing job working out the kinks and making sure I was in good shape to run my race.
