• Clara does a wonderful job every time with my facial. She is gentle and thorough and changes it up slightly every time, so that it isn't always the same exact thing. The receptionists are always very pleasant, and the lobby, waiting room and treatment rooms are very calming.

• Nate was asking weird questions about if I'm married and if my husband is a good guy then talked about how he speaks to a lot of women in bad relationships. It felt a little weird and inappropriate.
