• Because the front desk staff has been friendly and helpful each time I've visited. The primary reason is because of the exceptional massage therapy sessions that Eva Long does. Eva is so pleasant and skilled. She listens to what your "wants" are. She always knows what my body needs. Each session is so relaxing and my aches are gone or greatly diminished when I leave. A huge thank you to Eva!!!!

• First time visit — so I could only factor that single experience while considering my previous (non Spavia) spa treatments. It was a consistent experience from start to finish and met the exact requests sought out when making the appointment.
