• It was a wonderful experience from beginning to end. The spa consultants were friendly and helpful. The spa itself is beautiful and my service was fantastic. I brought a friend who is used to the spa at Crystal Mountain, which is upscale. She has a fabulous experience too. We are planning another trip soon.

• Everything was wonderful. My first time in a "formal" spa! Very low pressure, not intimidating.

• Great customer service from arrival until I walked out the door. Marwa was very attentive and had great product referrals for me to review at the end of my visit. Very relaxing overall!
