• I appreciated how welcoming the environment is. I'm a tired, overworked mom and I typically feel out of place among young, beautiful women. I immediately felt welcomed, appreciated, and pampered by the staff, the tour, the waiting room, and by Natalie, who gave me my first ever facial. She explained the process, the stuff she was using, recommendations, and was so amazing at the treatments and massage portion. I didn't feel pressure to but addition things but know exactly what to get when I'm ready.
