• The staff was very helpful upon arrival, and the massage therapist and esthetician who did my facial were both very attentive and nice. The whole experience was very smooth and I felt so relaxed throughout. The only thing I felt could have been improved was that checking out felt kind of hasty. The receptionist was working by herself so I completely understand she was busy and multitasking, but she didn't offer a receipt or explain that I would get one in an email. There was another customer coming in as I was leaving that was clearly new and needed directions, and she kind of dismissed her and just told her she could go pick a locker and get changed. It was just very different than the experience I had when I first came in, when they personally walked me back to the changing area and showed me where everything was, so I thought it was odd.
