• The person that did my massage and facial were excellent. They presented themselves as professions with their dress, hair, and demeanor. They asked questions. I did not feel rushed. They were attentive. From the door the staff were helpful in answering questions about the survey. The introduction to the waiting area from the staff was warm and inviting.
