• I had the best facial with Kris last weekend! She's magical, truly. She gets a score of 10,000! I absolutely hate when my life gets in the way of my appointments with Kris and I have to cancel. That's a me problem! ;) So, I think you know where I'm going next...the new furniture in the relaxation room. I appreciate the effort, but I think a more plush sitting collection would be better in that room. The new chairs felt more like office chairs, and not spa chairs. You don't even have to match the patterns (actually, probably better that you don't match - gives it a little more character), but chairs that are soft and plush should be in that room. I think that round ottoman can go, and replace it with smaller poufs around the room to put your feet up or act as additional chairs if that room gets full. How about some shelves to hold those picture books (get them off the furniture)? How about some nature prints on the walls, help hide the new shelving I'm proposing? You know who might love to design your space? Design students. I'm sure there are some design students at local colleges who would love to have this on their portfolio. Or, maybe some of your staff have some creative ideas too. Or check out pinterest and see what other spas have done. I think you've got a great opportunity to turn that room into something really unique, and make it change with the seasons by repainting it a new color, changing out books, artwork, cushions, etc. But don't mess with the pearsons mints! Ha!
