• I had a great experience! Sonya was my massage therapist and she is amazing. The front desk attendant remembered my name when I came to check out, which was so nice, too :) There were a bunch of ppl needing to change in the changing area when I was done with my service so the room was pretty crowded and ppl had to wait for a changing room. So that's why I didn't give it a 10. But I love Spavia otherwise!
