• The process was seamless from beginning to end. Beginning with scheduling three consecutive appointments with three different providers. She was thorough and patient, super phone etiquette. The providers were friendly and professional, explaining the service, asked questions regarding tailoring the service to me. Followed through on personalizing my treatment to align with my needs, addressed comfort, temperature & music. Following the service they made recommendations for future visits and products.
