• Kris is the best, and she deserves a 1000! I look forward to having a facial with Kris and it's really the only time I have for myself and it's the most relaxing experience. However, when I came in last weekend, there seemed to be a few issues with the front desk staff. I was told I would not be able to get spa sandals in my size because "they hadn't had time to clean yet." At first I thought, sure, I understand, but then I thought wait, it's a Saturday, and surely a busy day, but there are 3 of you working the front desk and you haven't had time to clean? I hope the spa is cleaned regularly throughout the day, but now I'm not so sure. Also, where did the chocolate mints go? It was so nice to have a chocolate mint after my service. There were no chocolate mints on Saturday. There were, however, several types of soaps to try (and buy), but I spent a lot in the front of the shop that day and it wasn't on soap. Kris recommended a candle and I LOVED IT, so I bought it. I also bought some lip balm (the brand Kris uses on me for facials) and lotions from the same brand. I would rather have the chocolate mints back and be able to sample different creams and lotions, not soap.
