• I'll tell you a couple things one when I arrived for my 330 appointment at 3:15they told me it had been changed to 4 PM and that they had called me and emailed me neither of which was true. I was upset because I was there early and my husband dropped me off and I was upset that they said they left me a message when they never did, so I left with my husband and then came back for my 4 o'clock appointment. The reason I gave you a score of 10 out of 10 is because of the service recovery that you did. It was excellent you took $20 off of my total and I also got a little gift. I thought that was very kind and nice and I really appreciate it then my facial with Mallory was wonderful. She did a great job .
