• Kris deserves 1000/1000 again for her skills! Also, when I was taken back to the locker area the woman filled the chocolate mints while I was changing. Yasssss! I had to peek out of the curtains and ask, are you doing what I think you’re doing?! She smiled. It’s those touches (teas, fresh mints, chocolate mints, having my spa show size, lotion samples) that really make us guests feel like we’re important. I would like for the books in the relaxation area to be turned over more frequently, but everything else this past weekend was wonderful! Like, truly, for a Saturday I felt like everyone was on their A-Game and the place looked spotless. Well done Spavia! So happy I have another appointment scheduled with Kris. She’s the bestest.
