• I felt so relaxed the moment I walked through the door. As a busy Mom, this retreat was exactly what I needed. Brandi provided an excellent facial - my skin looks and feels great! She answered any questions I had and did a great job explaining the process and add ons I chose.

• Sara was great. The massage I requested was just as I wanted. I didn't lower my rating, but I did have no hot water when trying to take a shower afterwards. I do understand that water heaters only hold so much water, but it may be something to look into.
