• Went in for a Swedish massage. Erica was great! The retreat room was very nice and I loved the neck warmer. The front desk was very warm and friendly. Everything smelled so nice! Can’t wait to go back!

• Warm friendly staff, with a relaxing zen like environment. The massage therapist asked me my preferences and checked in with me periodically to make sure I was ok.

• The service and facilities are great. The flex membership option is amazing. On two occasions, my services were overcharged for my membership. I didn't realize this until I returend home to read the receipt. The first time it was $25 over, not a big deal--mistakes happen. The second time it was $40 so in the future I will ask to view the itemized receipt for review.
