• Daniela was 10 , the waiting room, 5 only had 2 neck warmers and there was 3 of us , no music, wrong size slippers and robes, no one bothered to ask or give us directions where to find the correct size shoes or robes. Joseph did not talk loud enough to understand. His technique for massage left room for improvement, he only put deep pressure, did not do any other motion, movement. My daughter was too shy to say anything unfortunately.
