• I wasn't given a robe, which isn't a problem, but the massage room only had hooks, and there was no basket or bag to put my socks and undies. Even a plastic bag to put them in and hang it on the hook would have been nice. Everything else was great.

• Very calming, relaxing atmosphere. Front desk staff was helpful and was very informative of the different memberships. Massage therapist was amazing, was very into what I wanted, and made sure I was comfortable.
