• After experiencing a horrible first impression massage experience. I left my concerns/complaints with the receptionist at the front because she said yall did not have a survey to leave comments. So she asked me to leave it in a notebook. Melissa reached out to me to apologize and ask about my experience. She wanted to make it up to me and set me up with a complimentary massage and head massage with Liz. Liz was AMAZING!!!! She was attentive, kind and delivered a massage that I was first wanting to experience with your establishment.
