The overall experience, from the initial greeting and reception to the consultation and treatment were exceptional. I was made to feel welcome and comfortable from the onset. It was refreshing not to be pressured into treatments i wasn't interested in. Yannick was informative and helpful but beyond that friendly and warm. I look forward to my next visit soon.
