The facility was nice and Kate was fantastic. She was super knowledgeable and easy to talk to and I left feeling really well-informed and confident in the quality of the services discussed. The fact that the business is owned by and staffed with medical professionals makes me feel that the standard of service is going to be higher than somewhere run by aestheticians whose entire qualifications include some on the job training.
