I appreciate Alexandra's professionalism, knowledge and honesty. I had a few questions regarding other procedures and she was very helpful… I look forward to getting at least one of those eventually. I also appreciate the little touches, for example, including the Aquaphor with my take-home bandages. While that's probably a less than a dollar commitment on your part, it's those kind of details that make me feel taken care of 😊
