WOW! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a smiling staff. She was prompt, courteous and gave me clear instructions on what to do. She then introduced me to Rachel and Georgette, two of the most professional and kind service providers I have ever met. Rachel welcomed me and even offered to take my coat! I was able to ask questions and felt 100% comfortable in their care while receiving my treatment and included clear post-treatment instructions. I booked a follow-up appointment with the front desk agent and she was equally very pleasant. From start to finish, a wonderful experience. I walked out of Sparkle feeling like a valued client and even more fabulous! Would highly recommend! BRAVO!
