Staff is friendly and always comfort me when I'm anxious about the lazers and sometimes I swear when im nervous and the lady who does my lazer doesn't make me feel bad about it and engages with me on the level in which i need at the time per appointment. I do not feel judged in the least even with some of the dumb tattoo choices i have made and i always feel comfortable and welconed and the area is always either warm for the winter or cool for the summer and looks clean and tidy
