Bri she was absolutely phenomenal! From the start, she was well-spoken, patient, and incredibly thorough in explaining the entire process. She made sure I understood everything and took her time to answer all of my questions, never once making me feel rushed. Which I appreciated so much. I was honestly nervous at first, but Bri’s calm and accommodating nature immediately put me at ease -She made the entire tattoo removal process smooth, which made the experience much more comfortable than I had expected.
