Although I waited 30+ minutes over my apt time- which was a very poor start to my first visit (i was asked to come in early, which is why it was annoying) the receptionist acknowledged the miss and was apologetic beyond that, the 2 nurses were simply amazing (Jessica and Erica?). I quickly got over the wait time- it was 100% made right. The service won me over. Thanks!

Hi Sparkle team, I was a little reluctant to change things up when my nurse injector was no longer available. That combined with knowing the new person was a male was a little intimidating. As usual, everyone was so welcoming and my new injector Bruno was welcoming, kind and so personable. Just when I think Sparkle is the best, you all out do yourselves again. Thanks everyone for making a girl feel at home every single time!
