Everything went very well. The environment was very friendly. I personally would have appreciated a more comprehensive explanation of the procedure as it was being done. At one point there were two clinicians who talked to each other, but I would love to have been included in that conversation. I found I had to ask questions frequently which is sometimes difficult during the procedure. Perhaps other clients would rather not know, but I’m fascinated by the science and why and how things are being done.
