- Very professional and knowledgeable service - Privacy - Invitation for a follow up after any new addition to skincare or a service - I don't feel rushed and I have all of my questions answered - The spa is clean and pretty - I have not come across one staff member that didn't treat me like a queen 🫅 - parking available
