• The customer service was outstanding. I had just gotten off of my plane an hour before I got there, my hair and clothes were a mess, but they didnt blink an eye. They were both so warm and inviting, I felt comfortable immediately. I am ashamed of myself that I didnt catch their names because I was too wrapped up in my hair. And my hair was exactly what I asked for. Beautiful color, beautiful highlights, and she listened to me when I asked her not to take too much off of my very long length. She let me hug her and both she and the manager sent me off on my cruise with well wishes and smiles. I'm very picky but if I could manage it, I would fly back every few months for them to touch me up.
