For Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of appointment time, there is a $30.00 fee.
NO CALL - NO SHOW appointments will be charged 100% of service.
We do value your time and understand that sometimes schedules changed.Should the spa or you need to cancel due to unsafe weather conditions, power outages, or other unforeseen events less than 24 hours notice we will work with our clients on a individual basis.
If you are ill and have had a fever in the last 24 hours, please call us to reschedule your appointment. Lastly, please do not bring small children with you to your appointment. Your appointment will need to be rescheduled as we cannot accommodate small children here the spa. Thank you for your understanding.
