• Gwen was recommended by a friend. She gave me a great haircut after having received a TERRIBLE one from someone else. We still have some work to do but I felt comfortable that Gwen understood me and that we will ultimately restore my cut to the way I want it! She also got someone else in the shop to put in my single process color. I didn't have an appt for that and she went above and beyond. My next appt is already booked!! 😃😘
