I had an excellent massage but I am not happy with your new membership requirements. These past few years I have purchased memberships for my daughter and husband where the membership included 2 massages each and then they were granted a discount for the future massages - now you are requiring monthly auto payments for a year, regardless of massages and I am not willing to pay that much, even for myself. It is a shame: you lost 2 memberships.
