• The front desk manager (I'm upset I don't remember her name...pink hair) is amazing. She's patient, kind, we love her!!! The person who walked us thru to the locker room. They should ALWAYS be in front of everyone leading us to the area. Some other woman was in front, getting frustrated because she kept asking which way do I go. The person was non English speaking so that alone is frustrating. Nancy was amazing!! Absolutely a great staff member who gave us the most incredible body bliss with hot stone. It was relaxing. Honestly, my daughters and I were saying that she's better than some of the massage therapists there. Lol. She listens, her hands are firm but soft where they need to be. She really is incredible. It was a mix of deep tissue and classic. She doesn't talk too much. One of the best I have had there. EVER. Please let Nancy know that. Our facials were good too, but it's a good idea for the technician to assess the skin first, and determine products based on skin sensitivity. My daughter was feeling a bit of burning after. I think with facials, more communication is best. And if the technician is going to ask if we want to get this or that, price should be verbalized up front. I shouldn't ask "well how much is that". I know nothing added is free, but it should be stated. But the esthetician was great as well. It was 3 hrs or relaxation.
