• My score is for the excellent massage I recieved by Kathleen. She was very therapeutic & very accommodating since I was running late due to construction. I am not one to complain but I did have a treatment afterwards with Claudia & I would give 1-zero stars unfortunately. I felt she was not prepared for the session at all. A lot of walking back & fourth & chair rolling/hitting the table. We started with the back scrub which lasted about a minute of rough fast scrubbing before she wiped it off & had me flip over for mask, scalp & foot massage. There was absolutely no technique to it. She then applied the mask with her fingers which was a first, usually estheticians use a brush to apply. She then did my scalp massage which was okay but again no rhythm or technique, i felt like it was all over the place. Here is where I had a big issue, she was doing my foot massage which I would say was more of a rub. I could tell she was "massaging" with one hand & the other hand on her phone. At one point she had her phone on the table by my feet & it kept going off & vibrating the table. I was more stressed than relaxed during this session, it was extremely disappointing and a waste of my money.
