• I am assuming that 10 was the best score. So that is why I gave you a ten. I am very satisfied with the soa treatment and have bee going there for years.

• Customer service mostly. I do miss the individual changing room and feel weird changing in the bathroom. Not sure how you would fix that though. There was no soap or paper towels to wash up in the one bathroom/changing room and it was only 1pm. Intake staff and therapist and waiting area nice though.
