• The reception service was exceptional Leielle (sp?) was kind, courteous, conversational, knowledgeable and helpful and very attentive. I saw she was able to handle an unusually situation and did so with poise. Our hostess, Maria was very accommodating and pleasant. Our massage therapists Nancy and Nimete were adept at executing all the massage techniques that made us feel comfortable and relaxed. We had a thoroughly enjoyable experience. Thank you.
