• A few suggestions, the front office/desk area seems uninviting and is not reflective of the experience in the spa. Also, I would change the purple lights in the waiting area, they make it hard to see for people who are vision impaired. Also, offering a mimosa before your spa treatment would be a nice addition. You could charge an additional 5 dollars per person to cover the expense.
