• You were very accommodating. We were running late and you allowed our appointments to be pushed up without losing time on our services. Your masseuses were good. The atmosphere was ok. You're near to our home so it is convenient. However, we were not told that you could not use Apple Pay which is all one of us had and that the masseuses only took cash or in some cases Venmo or Zelle. We only had PayPal. This left us with no cash to go out afterwards which is what we had planned to do. You should let your clients know all this beforehand!

• Ninete was a FANTASTIC esthetician!!!!!! She did her job very well and was not " chatty". My only negative is asking about adding products, " $30+" while lying down and beginning facial. Also, it was very expensive all in all so I would not get this wonderful facial as often
