• The start of our massages seemed a bit chaotic. The sign-in a waiting process needs a bit of "polish". Would also be nice to have a chair or second bench in the locker room. We were mother/daughter & were asked if we wanted to be in 1 room or 2 during the reservation process & we requested 2 separate rooms. But after a delayed start, we were guided to a shared room. Then had to wait again for 2 single rooms to be prepped. It wasn't a long wait but there seems to be a lack of communication. Also, it would have been nice if someone stopped by the waiting area to let us acknowledge us & let us know when our session would start. Camille, the manager (owner?) was really nice & tries hard to make it a lovely experience, which overall, it really was! Our treatments were 10/10! Nancy & Netreet (spelling?) . We were motivated to go because I had gift certificate that I won at a charity event. I am DEFINITELY supportive of local merchants who generously donate to local causes! That's also a 10/10 rating! Wud definitely recommend!
