  • Loved it! Kathleen was great!! I must say though there was someone in the relaxation room who was talk texting that really annoyed me. Not your fault of course but the door clearly states "no cell phones beyond this point." Was going to complain but Kathleen's demeanor brought me back down to relax. She was great.
