• The person who did my facial was awesome. I was comfortable felt safe and had a peaceful experience. She was gentle with her suggestions or comments on my skin. She made recommendations but did not push. And I looked and felt wonderful after the facial. One thing that I would say is the front desk needs more help. There was only one person ...checking in and checking out customers answering the phones making appointments, rescheduling etc. She was very nice but you could see it was a lot to handle. The front desk sets the tone for the whole experience.
