I've been coming to Spa Sera for almost 15yrs & though my first aesthetician moved on several years ago, I love Shaina. She is sweet, interesting, thorough, & makes the uncomfortable Brazilian fly by with her fun conversations. I would give her a score of 110 out of 10 if possible!
