Great overall experience. Imani was amazing. She listened well to understand my problem areas and history and I felt very connected throughout the massage. I've been to other therapists that just go through more of a standard routine and this was not that at all. Fantastic experience.

The front desk check in person needs to better communicate to the therapist to let the therapist know that I arrived. I was there 20-25 minutes early. The therapist (Elvira) was absolutely wonderful, so knowledgeable and caring and an amazing deep tissue massage!!!
