Shaina gave me a facial about a month ago and explained a "hydra facial" to me so I gave it a try! What a treat!! The results were amazing and she was awesome again! That won't be my last one !
I had a facial before and it was like a medical procedure. Not relaxing at all. But at Spa Sera , Bernice was wonderful. I was so relaxed when I left, It was a wonderful day. Thanks Bernice!
Excellent massage and overall relaxation
Shaina gives the best facials I've ever had. I will continue to come from NC just to see her. The relaxation room tea's are wonderful and everyone is so kind.
The spa was relaxing and clean. Great atmosphere! Emily did an awesome job! Highly recommend her. Bed and sheets were very comfortable. Aromatherapy was wonderful. Everything down to the eye mask. There wasn't one negative thing about my visit. Looking forward to my next one!
