I wasn't crazy about the facial. The technician was very nice and professional but throughout the facial, she did this weird massage. She rubbed small circles at the base of my skull for a long period of time a couple of times. She used very little pressure in that area and massaged my whole skull toward the end of the procedure, again using little pressure. Seemed like she was killing time. I found it to be annoying.
