• Erin was amazing - one of the best massages I've ever had and I'm not a novice. Trigger point release, multiple angle, use of stretch to better access and address the trigger points; listened carefully at the beginning, verbally confirmed what I asked for, and then applied it during her massage (in other cases, I've asked for something before the massage and then it was ignored, as if the therapist just does their normal thing). The spa is well done for being in a typical office building, and I just signed up for a monthly service.
