The massage was excellent, and I really enjoyed myself. The only thing that knocked off a point was that I wasn't called back to my massage on-time, and so my 60 minute massage was closer to 50 minutes of actual massage time. Not a deal breaker, but that's ~17% less massage than I expected and paid for.
